Come support New Mexico youth plaintiff and her attorney Samantha Ruscavage-Barz at the oral argument in Santa Fe County District Court. Plaintiff's attorney will argue that New Mexico has a public trust duty to protect the atmosphere for present and future generations and that Plaintiff's complaint should not be dismissed. The Honorable Sarah M. Singleton will preside.
