Autumn Oberhart

Government Affairs Intern

Autum is from Washington, but has lived in Iowa, Chicago, and now Oregon for her undergraduate degree. She’s currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Political Science at the University of Oregon and is receiving double minors in Environmental Humanities and Legal Studies.

Since beginning university, Autumn has known she wanted to be an intern at Our Children’s Trust and hopefully one day an attorney. During the fall term of her freshman year, she was introduced to Juliana v. U.S. and has been following Our Children’s Trust ever since. It was learning about the case and meaning behind it that catalyzed her desire to go to law school and pursue Natural Resource Law.

At Our Children’s Trust, Autumn is excited to be part of the movement that guarantees a healthy environment for future generations. Engaging with Congress and stakeholders is a vital part of garnering support, and she is very excited to be at the forefront. In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, hiking, SCUBA diving, and exploring Oregon.
