HANNAH BLOCK

Government Affairs Intern

Hannah grew up in New York City where she graduated from Hunter College High School and is currently attending college at Georgetown University studying at the Walsh School of Foreign Service.

She has worked tutoring incarcerated people for their GED and is interested in addressing inequities in the legal system for all vulnerable populations, from youth experiencing climate-based harm to over-policed communities of color.

She is excited to join Our Children’s Trust because of its unique work within the judicial system while also advocating for change on the legislative and executive scale. She has always been passionate about combatting climate change and is excited to join an organization that advocates and makes tangible progress on such a comprehensive scale. In her free time, she loves to run and watch documentaries.
