JEN SALVATORE

Jen joined Our Children’s Trust in 2023 supervising a staff of four, overseeing finance, human resources, and information technology. Jen has supported several nonprofit organizations over her career and most recently served as the Director of Finance and Administration for 12+ years at HIV Alliance where she led the organization during a significant period of growth. In building our operations team, Jen is positioning Our Children’s Trust for growth, preparing for an independent audit to build integrity and transparency, and supporting a staff of 30 that live across the U.S. and Europe. Jen received her MA certificate in nonprofit management and BS in accounting from University of Oregon, as well as BA in mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
