Megan Gleason (she or they) is a Communications Manager at Crag Law Center, a nonprofit public interest environmental law center based in Portland, OR. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Megan worked as legislative staff in Salem and Portland City Hall, and as a strategist at a political media firm, where she managed digital ad campaigns for progressive candidates and ballot measures that championed climate action, supported working families, and protected renters. Megan started as an intern with Our Children’s Trust in 2014, supporting their efforts to pass the first-in-the-nation Eugene Climate Recovery Ordinance. Since 2015, they have served on the Board of Directors. In her free time, Megan coaches the Grant High School Constitution Team, a nationally ranked civics education program that teaches high school students how to testify before Congress with a deep understanding of constitutional law, current events, Supreme Court case law, and the history of America's founding.
