SU KIM (SHE/HER)
Law Clerk
Su is from South Korea and moved to New York in 2022 to attend Cornell Law School. She holds a B.A. from Yonsei University and is currently a 3L at Cornell Law School.
Before law school, Su co-founded and operated a startup promoting plant-based dining in collaboration with environmental and animal rights organizations. Through this work, she helped raise awareness about the climate crisis, deepening her commitment to sustainability and systemic change. At Cornell Law, she has continued her advocacy by working with vulnerable populations through her internship at the Urban Justice Center and her clinical work with the International Human Rights and Gender Justice Clinics.
Su has a strong background in environmental advocacy and social justice and is excited to contribute to Our Children’s Trust’s mission by developing legal strategies to combat the climate crisis and gaining insights that will shape her future as a dedicated climate advocate.
Outside of her legal work, she enjoys weight training, road cycling, and experimenting with new vegan recipes.
