Susan CAREY

Susan has worked at Our Children's Trust since 2015 supporting the OCT team. As Litigation Paralegal and Assistant to the Executive Director/Chief Legal Counsel, Susan supports Julia Olson in both an operations and litigation capacity. Susan is lead paralegal for the federal cases Juliana v. United States and Genesis B. v. US EPA. She was the lead paralegal for the Held v. Montana trial, the first-ever constitutional climate case to go to trial in the United States.

Susan received her PhD in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the University of California, Berkeley and BS from the University of California, Davis.
