August 18, 2016: Opening Brief and Amicus Briefs Filed

Attorneys for the youth plaintiffs filed their opening brief. Two amicus curiae briefs were also filed to the Colorado Court of Appeals in support of the youth: one filed on behalf of business interests, faith communities, medical professionals, and other citizens of Colorado and a second filed on behalf of environmental organizations from across the state.
