March 21, 2024: Attorneys for the Youth Plaintiffs File Response to the Department of Justice’s Seventh Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Attorneys for youth plaintiffs filed a response in the U.S. Court of Appeals to the Department of Justice’s unprecedented seventh Petition for Writ of Mandamus, which was filed to shut down the constitutional climate case and prevent plaintiffs’ evidence from being heard at trial.
