November 12, 2024: SCOTUS Denies Petition for Writ of Mandamus 

The United States Supreme Court denied a petition for a writ of mandamus filed by the 21 young Americans. The plaintiffs sought this extraordinary remedy to correct the 'indisputable wrong' by the three-judge panel in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, who disregarded the rule of law and SCOTUS precedent, and the limits to their own jurisdiction when they granted the seventh petition for writ of mandamus brought against Juliana in nearly ten years.
