February 2, 2024: U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Files Motion for a Stay of Proceedings and Petition for Writ of Mandamus to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

The DOJ filed yet another motion to stay along with an unprecedented seventh Petition for Writ of Mandamus at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, an extreme legal tactic used by the Trump Administration to subvert the normal legal process and prevent the youth plaintiffs from proceeding to trial.
